DS Vouchers is a web app which enables people to share Dunnes Stores money off vouchers.

We want to make sure that no voucher expires, and no shopper is left stuck when they need a voucher.

You take a photo or screenshot of any voucher you wish to share and upload it using the app.

The voucher is added to a 'pool' of vouchers which are available to all members.

When you request a voucher at the checkout, the app finds the voucher which is nearest to expiring and downloads it for you.

Once a voucher is downloaded, it is considered 'used' and is no longer available to anyone else.

You can download more than one voucher at checkout, if vouchers are available.

When you receive a new voucher, you can share it on the app. You don't need to wait until it's about to expire.

Use the unique link you receive after signing up to access the app home screen.

When at the checkout, click the 'Search for Vouchers' button to see what types of vouchers are available.

If any €5 off €25 vouchers are available, you can use the '€5 off €25' button to get a €5 off €25 voucher.

If any €10 off €50 vouchers are available, you can use the '€10 off €50' button to get a €10 off €50 voucher.

Present that voucher for scanning by the checkout operator, and then click the 'Done' button underneath the voucher image to go back to the home screen.

On the home screen, click the 'Donate a Voucher' button.

Select the value of the voucher from the 'Select Amount' dropdown list.

Use the 'Valid From' button to select the start date the voucher is valid (if that's today or before today, you don't need to change it).

Use the 'Expiry Date' button to select the date the voucher is valid until.

Click the 'Choose File' button to either pick a screenshot/photo of the voucher from your phone's image gallery, or take a photo of the voucher straightaway (make sure the barcode is clearly visible so it will be possible to scan it at the checkout).

Once that's done, you'll see a small thumbnail of the voucher beside the 'Choose File' button.

Click the blue 'Upload Image' button to send the voucher to the app. Be patient this can take up to a minute.

You'll get a popup message telling you that the voucher has been uploaded successfully.

Important: only upload a voucher once, even if you make a mistake when uploading it.

Yes. To ensure fair distribution of vouchers among members, there is a limit.

This limit is based on how many vouchers are in the voucher 'pool' at the same time.

To ensure a high availability of vouchers, we recommend that you upload new vouchers as soon as you receive them.

If a high number of vouchers are in circulation, there will be enough for everyone.
